proprietorship firm, our company started its journey in the year 1962 as
a small scale industry as Babbar Wreckers. Subsequently with the
gradual development in its business operations, Babbar Wreckers Pvt.
Ltd. got privatized and today has made a mark in this industry
domain as a prominent manufacturer, exporter, importer and supplier
of a wide series of wreckers and allied vehicles for various material
handling and transportation activities. Our range includes Mechanical
Wreckers, Hydraulic Wreckers, Platform Trucks, Troop Carriers, Load
Carriers, Water Bowser Tanks, etc. These are widely
appreciated for their higher efficiency and easy operation. The main
target is to provide safe and easy transportation and cranage of loaded,
disabled, ditched and over turned vehicles of all kinds on roads and
towing away the vehicles from nonconformity areas to safer places.We have dedicated

duty recovery breakdown wreckers of one tone single boom, 5 tons, 7.5
tons, 10 tons and 15 tons lifting capacity twin boom wreckers to meet
diversified usages e.g. to dig out, recover, derrick and remove
disabled, damaged commercial vehicles ditched in deep and lifting and to
remove disabled vehicle from nonconformity areas to safer places
enabling the heavy traffic on roads in congested areas to move smoothly.In addition, we also
serve our clients by offering them customized solutions for these
wreckers to lift load and shift heavy machines and equipment. In
addition to recovery breakdown wreckers jail vans, fire fitting tenders,
half body trucks and mobile dispensary are fabricated as per
specifications prescribed by the indentors. Our range has been widely
accepted in all the overseas markets especially in the developing
countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Ghana and Nigeria. The
import markets include Sweden and South Korea. We have been accredited
with the Proprietary Article Certificate from the Ministry of Defence

Quality AssuranceQuality has always
been maintained in our organization since the day of our inception. Our
range of heavy duty and light recovery breakdown wreckers are
manufactured using modern techniques and manpower under the supervision
of our quality experts. Quality Control originates chemical and
metallurgical compositions from testing of raw materials with modern
testing devices in ultra modern laboratories, test houses, quality
control authorities agencies of the government, measuring components
with set standards of dimensional accuracy and it extends to inspecting
sub assemblies and testing samples in the range of up-to-date test rigs.In addition, the
wreckers designed and developed for Indian Army successfully qualified
for induction in Indian Army after quality tests under all weather
conditions and in high geographical locations.We adhere to the
following procedures for maintaining the highest degree of quality in
our production process: (A) PROCUREMENT OF
RAW MATERIALS: The raw materials are purchased from reputed
manufacturers, authorized dealers, sole selling agents who have ISI or
ISO specification and their quality is ensured by the quality checks are
regulatory employed at the following stages:- Getting test
certificate from the suppliers, and the laboratory test reports
- Testing the
materials in authorized test houses like National Physical Laboratory,
Shriram Test House, R.K. Inspection & Testing House.
In house stress
tests with testing equipment and measuring components with set standards
of dimensional accuracy.(B) ASSEMBLING OF
PARTS: At the time of assembling of parts, the assemblies are tested to
its quality performance. All fitments are thoroughly checked and
required lubrication is applied wherever is considered necessary to
prevent the equipment from erosion and rustication. Due attention is
paid to quality packing to save the parts from spoilage.(C) PERFORMANCE
TRIAL OF RECOVERY WRECKER: The wrecker equipment fitted on the chassis
is put to load lifting test, for which dead weight compound is lifted
with the help of booms, with or without proper anchorage and hookup
application. Derricking test is conducted by lifting disabled on roads
loaded vehicles and its shifting to workshops. The digging out
operations are done by digging out the dead weight or disabled damaged
vehicles from deep ditch and recover it for safer place.(D) DELIVERY
PERFORMANCE TRIAL: After delivery of the wrecker equipment to the
indentors, the vehicle is put on performance trail of running hours on
recovery operation and in running mileage basis. During the course of
performance trial, all components of wrecker are examined closely as per
specifications, and procedure and the vehicle are stamped for quality
assurance.Infrastructure Infrastructure is one
of the vital pillars of our organization. We have two production units
that are well equipped with requisite infrastructural facilities to
enhance its production capacity to 30 wreckers per month. The use of
sophisticated technology and the support and assistance of a motivated
team of professionals compliments in qualitative production.
